Nkem Agam is an accomplished academic, media consultant, and video editor who specializes in the application of storytelling to elevate brands and professional narratives. She is currently serving as a Faculty in Film and Multimedia Department, at the School of Media and Communication within Pan-Atlantic University. Nkem aims to bridge the divide between theoretical framework of formal education and the practical demands of the Nigerian creative industry.
Throughout her career, Nkem has demonstrated a sophisticated ability to manage both educational and creative projects. Her academic work involves shaping the next generation of professionals through courses such as Project Management for Creative, Ethical Storytelling, and advanced modules in motion picture editing. Her academic rigor is complemented by their extensive industry experience, which includes over five years as a video editor at Accelerate TV, as well as serving as the Director of Programmes for the Phoenix Project. These roles have enabled Nkem to prove to be a versatile leader capable of pitching innovative concepts and ensuring high-quality output.
Nkem’s professional approach is rooted in a solid educational foundation and a commitment to continuous learning. Currently she is pursuing a PhD in Film and Multimedia at Lead City University.
