Research

Research is at the core of this institution. We ensure that high quality research is carried out by our staff and collaborators. We provide researchers with the resources and services they require to carry out rigorous, impactful research. We adopt a multidisciplinary approach in our research. Each researcher brings his or her disciplinary rigor to our research laboratories.

Training & Development

At Danne Research Institute, we design and deliver custom in-company training programmes focused on leadership, change management, people management, and organizational culture. We also facilitate corporate retreats that inspire reflection, alignment, and strategic thinking. In everything we do, we draw on insights from our ongoing research to ensure that our programmes are evidence-based, relevant, and impactful.

Capacity Building

The institute works with its partners to build the capacity of local scholars to carry out ethical, rigorous research whose results are actionable and publishable in the best journals. We do this through regular seminars, workshops, conferences and mentorship. Our partners include African academics in the diaspora.

Stakeholder Engagement

Our research results are shared through seminars and breakfast meetings with leaders in the public and private sectors. The Danne Institute for Research is partnering with the Press, Professional Associations and other NGOs to spread its research findings and proffered solutions. We also engage the public on social media with our research results.
